A unique pregnancy social in central Headingley with massage, expert-led discussion, refreshments and guided relaxation. It’s the perfect way to alleviate stress, feel looked after and take a moment for yourself.
I’m teaming up with Lucy, massage therapist @thegoldtoucan, to bring you Pregnancy and Pamper – a few hours of calm in your hectic week.
Meet others, have a massage, eat some cake, chat about pregnancy, birth and postpartum and leave feeling relaxed and ready for the week ahead.
