What is the course?
A shorter refresher or express course for those who have done a hypnobirthing before, or who don’t have enough time for a full course, and would like some support during their pregnancy. This is around 5 hours of live zoom time, spread out in whatever way works for you.
Who is it for?
This is ideal for those who have done a course before or don’t have time for a full course, and want 1:1 support at a time that suits them.
Support Afterwards
Keep in touch via WhatsApp / Email / Phone and zoom for extra support and discussion, right up until birth!
